I haven't been to the dentist in several years due to the old stereotypes about dental visits. Even needing the cleaning that accompanies long term avoidance of a dental visits, the cleaning was quick and relatively painless. The staff were all extremely pleasant to be around and the experience was good enough that I booked my next appointment the same day, which is something I have never done before. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience!
I came in to get a tooth that was broken. After discussing with Dr. Smith we decided a crown would help so we could save the tooth. After all the prep work the hygienist put a temporary in my mount. It was not working and after ten minutes I went back to the office to get it done again. They gave me the same person to do it again and Dr. Smith came in and had the whole office staff come in to watch the procedure. timely, gentle, quick, appreciated advice
So do not like going to the dentist but right from the get go from making an appointment to the actual meeting the dentist and examination, I felt as relaxed as I could possibly be at a dentist.
Very nice personal people made me feel comfortable even though being there gives me horrible anxiety.
