Very friendly staff, especially the front counter folks who are just about as pleasant as can be. Dentists check in to make sure you're comfortable and the hygienists and support staff do a fantastic job. I don't have a single complaint, I would and have recommended them to many people.
I tried to call early morning to cancel my appointment because my car didn't start and no one answered. I sent an email and didn't hear back from anyone. I never made it to my appointment.
