Me my spouse and my 2 kids have been going there for 7 years the owner cuts are hair and always does a great job. This new lady we've never used cut my hair. I asked for a half inch to be cut off to clean up the split ends. I told her not to worry about talking off the white that I was dying my hair anyway and wanted to keep my length cause it took 2 years to grow out.
