Last good barber shop in Eagle River. Quality haircut everytime and they are also great with kids.

Excellent traditional barber shop. I take my son there. Unfortunately I'm bald...so I get to watch the game on the sidelines!

I have been going to Hilda's for years now. All of the staff give great and quick haircuts. However, it is often extremely hard to get in to get a haircut as they only offer walk ins, but don't hold to any regular business hours. Would be 5 stars otherwise. Edit: I went by again and they now have a sign up stating hours and that they are currently short staffed.

I used to love Hilda’s and my family has been going for decades, so I’m especially disappointed in the ‘service’ we received today. My husband brought my 3.5 year old to get the same cut he’s been getting his whole life - we say “use #2 on the side and blend up” and show reference pictures. Today, he sat in Murphy’s chair and he immediately ignored my husband’s request and used clippers, taking off way too much and creating an uneven line across his forehead. My son got a hair cut from there and she did an excellent job & she was very friendly. We will definitely go back again.
