The doctor was nice but short when questions were asked. Front office staff changed out every visit and the free toothbrush stopped after the second visit. The higenist was polite but very careful to check before answering questions tense atmosphere. The last straw for me was my last visit. Due to my last visit not being filed to insurance for 5 months, by them, they did not receive payment and I was forced to pay for my visit which was very imbarrising. I'm done with this place.
Not a good dentist, will not listen to patients
Dr. Prill is a true professional and has brought my smile back and health back to my mouth.
