I really support locally owned business.
I love Highlands products, my problem is their semi drivers.... they FLY past my house every day (multiple trucks). I live in a 35mph zone on the way out of town but they all go at least 60mph! they even do it when my kids are waiting on the bus!!!! boo for the drivers going through Galena.
Taste is good and satisfying to me. It is always available. It works well in recipes that I cook.
