Hikari Sushi, one of the oldest establishments on Liberty Walk, is now under new management. The restaurant's identity has been completely revamped to coincide with the vibrant, modern and hip atmosphere of the rapidly-growing neighborhood of Northern Liberties.

The best sushi in the city. The sushi is always incredibly fresh and delicious. The lava roll is amazing and so are the bao buns. The portions are pretty big too.
Very high quality and flavorful
We had a great dinner at Hikari while visiting from out of town. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the staff were welcoming and attentive. The food was fantastic; the sushi/sashimi were fresh and the specialty rolls had a sophisticated balance of different textures and flavors. Their homemade dumplings were excellent as well. When we inquired about peanuts/tree nuts because of a family member with severe allergies, the chef himself kindly assured us that they do not use any peanuts or tree nuts.
