Nice place to live. I was just visiting
I've lived here for 4 years and have a hard time imagining finding a similar level of kindness and professionalism from the staff. The front office are always friendly and the maintenance staff are quick and effective. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, Beniam comes within the day, if not by the next day, to quickly fix the issue. Even if I informally mention something to him in passing, he often comes right up to check it. I'm incredibly grateful to live in this community.
Very friendly and helpful management. Especially Beniam, who comes same-day to fix appliances if we have any issues, and has been very helpful and understanding.
The entire maintenance team is great, especially Beniam!
I have lived here for 5 years and recently learned that I have paid $9,000 in a "mandatory A/C unit fee" that other tenants do not have to pay. This means I have paid nearly $10,000 ($150/month) for crappy air conditioning units that I am not allowed to opt out of. This is a SCAM. On top of this, the building management refuses to communicate with tenants.
