Feeling scammed and cheated: I toured the apartment complex with Jessica who convinced me to apply to an apartment based on a 1 month special which was helping me meet my budget. They offered an extra $500 off if applied in their office. I did so and then not even an hour later, I am told that the special does not exist anymore but the $500 off is still valid? Living here has been mostly great. I love my apartment and the maintenance staff is excellent. But the front office is horrible. The current front office is not helpful or polite. The callbox has been broken for weeks and weeks, they still have not fixed it, and I basically will have to wait for someone to let me in to my own building.

Five stars is for the incredible maintenance team of Beniam and Rashad!! They are truly dedicated and do a great job of responding to residents' requests, but they also make sure the building is well-maintained generally!

Lived here since 2020 and the maintenance (shoutout Benny & Rashad) & cleaning teams are the kindest, most helpful group of people. They are responsive and friendly and fix apartment issues quickly. I also appreciate that management listens to feedback and I feel like I’ve seen lots of improvement in the last few months.
