First comment below: Poor communication and misleading website information regarding one of their properties and through their leasing office. My experience applying and securing a condo with this group was seamless. Mikayla was very communicative and helped me coordinate a move as an international applicant. She was patient with my timeline and professional.

I recently became a renter at one of Hightop Real Estate properties and I must admit I was very skeptical on how a building would be managed without actual property management on the premises (office, property manager/team, maintenance and concierge).
