I brought my pets here for almost 14 years. I can't say enough good things about them. When I moved from Wilmington, leaving Highsmith was one of the parts I felt I just could not replace. You won't find a better practice.
This was our first visit with our Great Dane Jax and it was an amazing experience. They were all so helpful and informative. Right when we walked in we knew it was going to be an excellent visit. Such a clean office! And both Dr. Tayloe and Valerie made Jax's first vet trip exceptional. We really could have not asked for anything better!
Dr Anderson is the most kind, compassionate and caring soul! I will be forever thankful for her help the last 3 months of my girls life, so wished I had found Highsmith earlier!
I cannot say enough about Highsmith animal hospital. They are truly compassionate people who have helped my cat Calypso so much so far. All of my cats are young, but calypso has a few very rare things wrong with her and Dr Highsmith has been incredible (as well as the other drs and staff!) I wish there were more stars I could give for a rating!
Dr. Highsmith has been my vet for over 20 years and he is the best.
Today was my first time going to Highsmith and I will definitely be back! I've been to other vets in the area but wasn't impressed. The office space is clean and the waiting area is large enough for everyone with their pets. The receptionists were kind and helpful. The doctor I saw today was Dr. Tayloe and you can tell she is passionate about her line of work.
