Highly recommend Highsmith Animal Hospital. We have been going there for over 20 years! They truly treat you like family. Our sweet chihuahua Chilly passed this week suddenly and within an hour Dr. Anderson had already called to check on us and send condolences.
This is BY FAR the best vet I have seen in Wilmington. Dr Anderson was beyond amazing and you can see her true love for animals. I was recommended here by the Mills family and I am so happy I was. The compassion they had for me and Duke was beyond my expectations. Not 100% sure what the outcome is going to wind up being with my pup, but after 1 visit I feel 100% confident with what Dr Anderson recommends. Highsmith Animal Hospital definitely cares about the animals first ❤️
This is by far the best vet I’ve been to. I love the vets, especially Dr. Anderson. They have always been kind and compassionate to my pets (3 dogs, 1 cat currently). Additionally, they always give amazing care while being price conscious in a way that isn’t costly just because they can nor does it compromise the animals health. They are very real and honest, which is refreshing! I always know I can trust the team at Highsmith, which puts my mind at ease knowing my babies will get the best care from awesome people.
The vets are so nice and treat your pet like it is a human. They are very good and make sure you understand what the problem is.
The staff here is incredible. I always leave absolutely sure that I have given my cats the best medical care possible.
I had an amazing experience at Highsmith for my baby kittens first appointment! All of the staff and Doctor Tayloe was awesome! They were very informative , caring, and genuine. I feel so ensured and cared for now that is is my vet for my Siamese kitten. I was expecting to leave with a huge bill and was so surprised. Very pleased xoxoxo
