My favorite apartment! I lived here for a year. The staff is very friendly. Beautiful outdoors, valet trash, pool and gym with courts. Good location close to waterford lakes. Neighborhood was quiet and it felt like a home. The gate was down a few times but it was fixed and we did get ants (towards the end of our lease)through the window when it rained but thats about it and it was getting fixed. Definitely recommend to everyone! Its a good place for families and college students that need peace and quiet �.
I like this complex more than any other I have lived in. The only thing that let's it down is unleashed dogs and the amount of dog poop not picked up.
I moved here this past August and love it. It's a quiet community, beautiful amenities, good location, the apartments are clean and the staff are great. Our AC wasn't working quite right soon after move-in (just because it was an old unit). Chuck, Oscar and rest of the maintenance team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix our AC, digging up pipes from the ground even after the grounds were flooded from rain. They ended up giving us a brand new AC unit in the end and we have had no issues since. I have no complaints! :)
Management is horrible, during the time I have stayed there I have been lied to multiple times, been hung up on in the middle of the conversation with the front office, and have been poorly notified when changes, like the payment program, occur leaving me hanging and fending for myself. Would not recommend anyone renting here unless you like frustration and being handled with disrespect.
Its a good place to live. The staff on the office very Professional.. I just moved 2 moths ago and I love it.. Congrats..
