WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I called and made an appointment for 5:30, staff asked if we could come in at 5:15 and we accommodated them. When we (2 people) arrived, no one said hello or acknowledged our existence. After 5 minutes I approached someone about our appointment and she refused to speak with me. After 20 minutes of waiting we still had yet to be helped or acknowledged. At that point we walked up and talked to someone who said it would be only a few more minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting we left. DONT GO HERE!!
A wonderful experience left there feeling great and so relaxed. Can't wait to come back to Raleigh again!!
So you make an appointment for a mani pedi and you get your pedicure and are then told there’s no room for a manicure because other people have appointments — so either you’re making too many appointments or trying to accommodate everyone ... worst customer service EVER Today I went in to have my eye brows waxed. Sat in the lobby for a few minutes while the staff asked everyone except me what I needed. Someone asked and they took me immediately. Just amazing! I have to find a place like this at home. The most relaxing place ever and the first time I fell asleep during a pedicure. Just amazing. I like how quiet the atmosphere was. I hate going To nail shops that are loud with mostly the technicians talking to each other. It was quiet, relaxing, and exceeded all expectations. I will be back when I visit Raleigh next year.
