RecommendedI starting going here when they first opened and it is still my go-to place. They have had a lot of turn over but never had a bad experience. The chairs are excellent - as a taller person these chairs are much more comfortable for me. Always offer a drink, water, wine, etc. Mondays are great days, very relaxing. Great leg massages! Clean and great people.
So the staff is quiet, but that is because the atmosphere is set up for a relaxing experience and that it was! Chairs are amazing, very clean, great leg and feet massage and loved my toe color!
My friend and I had appointments for 5:30, after being seated at 5:40, I sat waiting for a tech to come to me and when I turned around, my friend was gone... I texted her and the woman who checked us in asked my friend to go back to the couch area and SEATED another woman (who 100% came in after us)and started her manicure. I’m sorry, this is not okay. We went down the street and had a wonderful experience.

I went here for the first time tonight and it was amazing! The chairs were incredible, you're essentially getting a full-blown back massage plus a pedicure - pure bliss!
I really enjoyed my pedicure at HighPark, I will definitely be back again!!
