We had a great experience at HighMark with Dr Mazza, physiotherapist Hilary and front desk lady! Everyone was friendly, thorough, caring and detailed. We were referred here by Credit Valley Hospital for a follow up on my daughters concussion. 👍🏻
I saw dr mazza today after a recent car accident for a concussion. I also have a neurological condition. Despite my complex case he was extremely helpful and personable and I felt all my concerns were thoroughly covered. He seems to genuinely care which has not always been the case with many if not most of the doctors I have seen during my condition.

As many others have stated, the front desk staff is admittedly one of the worst I have had to deal with, from being standoffish to outright pretending I didn't have an appointment when they themselves booked it for me. I had been a patient before their move and the previous receptionist was also not the greatest, so this is an ongoing issue. The receptionist refused in service after and missed an appointment, Appointment that I missed because the address was wrong on both a referral form and Google. I was told I would not be able to receive services unless I paid a $50 cancelation fee, She told me she would be charging the WSIB claim For the cancelation and that I would have to be referred to a different clinic, It has taken long enough to get the help I need, It was no longer about the $50 cancelation fee because I argued that it was wrong that I would have to ... read more
