Highmark Builders along with their in-house designers Ruby+Suede were amazing to work with!! We did a major remodel of our entire main floor, primary bath and closet and we were extremely happy with the whole process, the quality of workmanship and the results. First off they were suppose to call me Friday, never heard anything until I called my agent again on Monday for them to contact me. Contacted me Monday told me they would be by at 11, called at 11:20 said he is running behind, in meantime I had already scheduled someone to come between 2-4 that same day. I had high expectations for Highmark — they’re all over our neighborhood, so I assumed they’d be reliable. We had an insurance claim and reached out to them for an estimate. Our insurance company wanted a baseline quote, so they brought in Sedgwick… and it just so happened Highmark was the contractor Sedgwick assigned. That’s when things got strange. Very happy with our remodel. From start to finish, Highmark was extremely thorough and accommodating. Timeline and budget were transparent throughout the entire process and their attention to detail is incredible!! Would highly recommend!
