Best jewelry store on the west coast hands down. Carl is a Bay Area legend, I grew up coming to the old location and he has always done the best business and takes real care of his clients. I was just away for 4 years and Carl held my watch for me the whole time. When I finally came to pay off my bill and pick it up he had it ready for me after FOUR YEARS. Legend.
