Lady at the counter is always helpful, gives you all the information she has. Sometimes things are out of their control like a parcel getting sent to wrong depot on a Friday…. Sucks but what can you do?

Waited for this parcel to arrived. We made sure someone is at home to receive. Text was sent stating the driver’s been held up so parcel will arrive late. Fair enough! We still waited. By 6pm went and checked the mailbox piece of paper was left telling us to pick up parcel. Why on earth this delivery person did not even knock the door??? Now with opening hours it doesn’t make sense on how we pick it up when both of us are working. This is horrible service! Zero star!

Paid for express shipping the parcel sits here for 3 days. Not once or twice but 3 parcels in a row that were express shipped and were left there multiple days.
