Only positive thing I can say is most neighbors are cool people. The gates hardly work and are broken most of the time. Management is a joke and hardly answer their phone and even less on returning phone calls. Cars have been broken into on a regular. Motorcycles have been stolen and still no security presence and units are starting at $1,500-$1,600 a month and management says security cost too much. Only thing I liked was that it was gated. Had no guest parking, and reoccurring termites. The bathroom was moldy on ceiling from poor air flow even though the bathroom fan was ran practically 24/7. When we told them about it they told us to clean it ourselves. My decorative stepping stone went missing from in front of my door. When we first moved in it was really nice but once they changed management it went downhill. For the prices they charge it could be a way nicer place. Glad I moved.
I would not rent here with a ten foot pole this community is the worst I've ever lived in. This place has a huge cockroach problem in multiple buildings. I've dealt with cockroaches since the day I moved in almost a year ago. The place is not handicapped friendly due to the fact that children are constantly riding scooters and bikes on sidewalks inside the complex and leaving toys out where you could trip on them.
