I've been a client here for 4 years, and it's been less than desirable. The majority of my appointments were double booked, while Alex would take more time with her other clients, while I'd sit in the waiting center with a head of foils. She said multiple times that she double books me because I won't say anything. I would send her inspiration pictures before each visit, and it seemed as though she didn't really go off of what I'd send. Alex is great. Always full of fun energy. In and out for a mens haircut in no time.
Can't say enough about how wonderful my daughter's hair came out. Ana is absolutely the best hairdresser. Reasonably priced and great care and attention.
