RecommendedI’ve been going to Dr Zabel for over 20 years now. I’ve had everything from veneers to basic cleanings. I can not recommend Highlands Ranch Dental Care enough.

Amazing staff! Dr. Zabel was my husbands dentist for years before I went to her( I kept going back to my childhood dentist all the way in St. Louis). I finally listened to my husband and have been so happy with her managing my dental needs which thankfully are not more extensive than my 6 month check ups.
I have been a patient of theirs for over 20 years and plan to keep going back for the next 20+ years. Great service and very professional. They almost feel like an extension of the family. Couldn't recommend a better dental practice.
How many people can say they enjoy going to the dentist? Darn few. ...right:?!?!? Well Dr. Zabel and her staff actually have figured it out. I have been seeing Lynelle and her staff for over 20 years. They are fantastic!!!! It is nice to know when you walk in you will see a friendly face that you recognize. My husband and I have been more than pleased for about 13 years with Dr Zabel and the entire staff!! They are very experienced, fun, kind, and always helpful. I actually enjoy going to see everyone for my 6 month cleaning, and I don't cringe at the thought of seeing The Dentist! Love their new office, and it's a great location for us. As a matter of fact, I will be back there next month. Looking forward to it :)
