Great property with an even better staff. I’ve been living here for awhile now and have no plans on leaving. Spacious floor plans, clean grounds, and good neighbors. Felt like home from day one! I’d recommend this property to anyone.
The good: clean grounds, quick repairs, spacious apartments. The bad: the office staff rarely answers phones and is rarely in the office, the noise ordinance isn’t adhered to (neighbors repairing their vehicle every night at midnight in the ally between buildings), and parking is a nightmare.
This apartment complex is more like living in a condo! Between the massive amount of square footage unlike any other apartment in Lafayette & the upscale amenities and features on the inside... nothing in town beats it! The price even is VERY competitive! There were tons of other properties that were priced more than this apartment but were teeny tiny! Honestly The Highlands have BY FAR been the best neighborhood I've ever lived in! Leslie (The Property Manager) has always been on top of things when it has come to the very few maintenance requests I have and always a joy to talk to when swinging by the front office, Chris (Maintenance Man) is always on time and swift about any repairs to my home as needed and very frequently seen around the property on his golf cart waving and smiling at residents. The Highlands at Grand Pointe is by far the best apartment community I've ever experienced living at. My apartment is extremely spacious and cozy, the front office staff and management are all SO sweet and always helpful. LOVE it here!
