We chose this apartment because of the large floor plans and garage. That is about the extent of the positives. The first night we moved in we woke up to loud noises coming from the apartment above us. It sounded like loud thuds, kids running and falling on the floor and the noise went on every single night and most of it was from about 2 am until 8 am, so we got no sleep. Horrible place to live. Incessant pest and rat problems. Constantly having to spray for ants in the kitchens and bathrooms. You’ll see rat traps scattered about the property and with good reason. I had rats come into the hood of my truck and chew on wires as well as my windshield wiper fluid hoses. Gym is useless and the pool is pretty disgusting. There are much better places to live. RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about this place! The apartments are huge! The grounds are well kept. And the staff is amazing! Britany and Leslie have gone above and beyond to help this move in be as easy and stress free as possible!!

I definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Great maintenance team and office staff that always take care of your needs efficiently. It's by far the best place to rent an apartment in Lafayette because of the floor plans and quiet property, plus the office is always hosting an event or function every month.
The staff is great and makes it feel like home. If and when there was any situation, they were always on top of it! I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a spacious home. They have the biggest apartments in Lafayette.
