I’ve been going to Highlands Family Dentistry for a couple years now and I was disappointed in the service today. I called 24 hours in advance on a Monday to reschedule my appt due to personal matters I could not change. The receptionist gave me a lecture about needing to cancel 48 hours in advance, which wasn’t possible since they’re not open on Sunday. She said she’d waive the cancellation fee. I appreciate that but then she said the next availability wasn’t until may 20th which is a month away. I find that hard to believe... read more
The staff was so kind and frequently made sure that I was ok. Dr. Luna was very focused on ensuring that I was understanding what was going on and took the time to understand my situation and what needs to be done going forward.
