The front office staff has no Idea what they're doing. their online appointment request process is relatively simple. when it came time to actually schedule an appointment over the phone the receptionist called me by the wrong patient's name and even though I selected that I was using an FSA account to pay for the visit she requested my health insurance information anyway and would not schedule an appointment without it. after telling me that they did not accept that insurance I reminded her that I was intending to pay with ... read more
RecommendedI've always thought I had great vision but after a 10 year hiatus of eye check-ups I was surprised that I could see even better with a slight prescription! The staff at Highlands EyeCare was friendly, professional and very helpful. My exam was pleasant and proficient and then I was on my way. I am looking forward to seeing them again next year!
