Worst!!! No guest parking at all and around!!! I cant understand how city allow complex without guest parking lots. I cant even stop for 5 minutes as guest because they glue nonremovable sticker on the window and doing damage of my car. Put your stikcker in your ... ! Notice threatening this is already Final notice and they will tow immediately at my expense. But I received notice first time. What if not guest but cleaning service or other mobile services? Will they tow? I believe. ... camp.
My apartment has hot water and electrical issues that will never be fixed. New construction in 2017 makes the buildings look very nice. (I found out new construction was built on old plumbing and old electrical.) This building is managed by Quantum Management. You can look them up online. They have terrible reviews. Parking is the worst. Instead of assigning parking spaces near each apartment, they just give out parking passes... (Now a hideous sticker that must be placed on your vehicle)...
