I applied for the waiting list in 2016, and got their response of vacancy for a small studio (300 sq.ft. or less) in 2018. This is the only affordable unit available inside los angeles county. Many buildings including affordable or senior buildings here in the US, are owned by government now and managed by the private companies to keep them empty, only serve their family members and their employees. very sad reality, therefore the world is ending now.
