I had good in-person experience however when I needed assistance over the phone after my appointment the receptionists who took my call could've been more pleasant. When she asked me for my first and last name, I began to spell my last name because it's commonly misspelled and she cut me off telling me I didn't need to spell it out. I found that to be rude being that my last name is only 8 letters so it would've only taken me 2 more seconds to finish spelling it. I had a bad experience here. I had scheduled an appointment for Tuesday to be sure I got my yellow fever vaccine 10 days before my trip to Peru. They left me a vm 45 mins before my appointment saying they didn't have the yellow fever vaccine in stock and their shipment was late, but I was already there when I heard it. She said they had a lot of walk-ins the Friday before--I'm not sure why they didn't keep vaccines for people who had appointments or call me earlier to let me know they were out.
