Awful customer service. Issues after issues with my home. Can’t get a response from warranty people no matter what I do. Don’t recommend. Update: 4 days without power. No new updates. Couldn’t be a worse company to work with.
We are going on Day 4 of no power. We had power in 1 room on Monday-part of Wednesday and then they turned off the power completely without telling us while we were at work. We had a dog who we had 2 fans for and all of our food in the fridge then spoiled. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend going with this company! Little communication and excuses from warranty people.
Cracker Jack house. Every other house is the same. If that's what you like then it's okay. Houses are to close together, for my liking.
