After living in a house for so long I was not looking forward to the transition to an apartment again, due to past negative experiences. I lived at Highland Ridge for a year, and man I wish I could have stayed there longer! Kristin Michael, the property manager, was so professional, kind, and speedy in all of our communications and was so patient with all of my questions as a first time renter. The property was clean and well cared for, had plenty of space both inside and out, and any time we put in a maintenance request, they did and excellent and speedy job. My husband and I have lived here for three years and it has really worked well for us. The central location is great, the neighborhood is walkable and we love the large trees all over the property. The heated garage space and storage unit were also nice to have. The staff is attentive and any problems are fixed quickly. A really nice alternative to large apartment buildings.
