Great Experience in all areas I lived at the Elm Court Apartments for 3 years, and each and every staff member was always very helpful and friendly. Maintenance responds very quickly to any issues. Not to mention they keep the outside looking very nice by keeping the grass mowed, flowers planted and garbage cleaned up. Snow removal was always prompt as well. Overall Satisfaction I have lived at Windridge Apartments for the last two years and only have one complaint, which is screens in my window. When I moved in in March of 2011 there were no screens on the windows and I was told they would be putting them in in the summer months. They never came and I called a couple of times and kept getting told they would be put in. I moved out just last month and still no screens in the windows. Excellent Experience I lived in the Antelope Ridge apartments for 19 months. Konnie and her staff were excellent to work with. They were always so friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. I knew that if I needed anything, they would be there to help me in no time at all. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

Excellent Experience I've rented from HPM for almost two years. They are awesome to work with! Great people who genuinely care and make sure things are taken care of. Our properties are kept in great condition, the management staff is wonderful and they're available anytime you need. Would definitely rent from them again!

Excellent Experience!! Our experience has been excellent across the board, from maintenace to management! Konnie Hubert, manager of Highland Property Management is professional, personable, kind and goes out of her way to ensure every process exceeds ones' expectations. I recommend anyone to come live in this nice, family oriented community!!

A word about the Manager Nancy Kimbrough is one of the most professional people that I have ever met. She will bend over backwards to help her tenants. She does stick to the rules, no doubt, and some times people just like to be hateful because of it. Nancy takes pride in her job and considers this her baby! She does a fantastic job. Keep up the excellent work Nancy, you are an attribute to Highland Property Management.

Very nice affordable apts. After looking at several apts. in the Gillette area, it was nice to find some that didn't look like they had a bomb go off in them and I was not going to be charged a kings ransome for rent. I found the staff and managment very helpful and kind and were willing to take the time to help with the rental prosses. The manager, Nancy was the most helpful and knowlagble on the many programes available in the area. I find that I am very happy with the choice I made with Highland Property Managment.
