I had the worst experience at the Laboratory section of Endeavor Health Highland Park Hospital. I went for a blood test for my 10-month-old baby, and the staff was clearly incompetent and unprepared to handle infants. One of the staff members missed the vein and kept moving the needle inside my baby’s arm for 10–15 seconds trying to find it. It was extremely painful and distressing to watch. The women’s hospital department completely transformed our experience. The care we received felt like a five-star hotel, from impeccable housekeeping and delicious meals to exceptional service, skilled technicians, and, of course, the incredible nurses! Thank you all—you are truly amazing!
Highland Park Hospital labor and delivery is the BEST! My hospital stay was top tier because of the care I was given during my vist. I could not be more thankful for the entire team (doctors, midwives, nurses, anesthesiologist, cafeteria workers, custodial staff and everyone involved.) I highly recommend HPH labor and delivery.
Never fun to go to the ER, but this group made it the best possible experience. From the registrar to the intake nurse to the nurse who set my IV (Daniella), to the Nurse Practitioner and Doctor who took care of me… everyone communicated EXTREMELY well and I never had to repeat myself. Everything was super efficient! I had an IV, bloodwork, x-ray & CT scan done, with results within 3 hours. Came here for an appointment for my pregnant wife. She was throwing up since 1am and dizziness, which made her unable to walk without assistance. We had an appointment at 1pm at suite 2800, which we showed up early by about 15 mins, checked in and sat down after being instructed to. We saw over 10 other patients get assisted. At around 215pm the receptionist asked us if we are waiting for a doctor, which we said yes. The receptionist that checked us in said my wife had to notify her that we had returned for our appt.
