I am not one who like to spend my day in the emergency room, so I decided to try here since it was close to home. They were very fast but efficient here, and I actually enjoyed my visit even though I was hurting. If you don't want to be all day at a hospital, visit with these professionals at Highland Park Emergency Room.
Terrible service. Dr. Gutierrez was the meanest doctor I have ever encountered. I would not bring my dead rat to see this doctor. The other staff were trying to make up for his lack of compassion. He flat refused to give me the medication that I have received on numerous occasions at other er's. He also recommended to give me a medication that I was allergic to and almost died when given. I'm not someone who goes to hospitals or ER rooms often. I'm 43 years old and I've been to an ER/hospital 3 times in my life, so I don't have much to compare this to. I can tell you that my experience here was beyond exceptional. The courtesy, knowledge, professionalism and honesty of everyone that I encountered was extraordinary. I would want all of my friends and loved ones to have this experience if they were ever in need of an ER room. I can't praise them enough! Thank you!!
I have been here a few times; twice for myself and a few times with friends. Very professional and friendly staff. No waiting. From broken bones to a simple ouchie, they do a great job of getting you in and out with minimal bs. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of an ER.
