I was out of state and had a bad fall. I couldn’t be happier with the care i was given. Everyone i saw went out of their way to be helpful and i felt each one really cared about my comfort and well-being.
I am from out of state and took a good fall getting into a shower. The facility is beautiful and I got right in. Being on a work trip and away from home is stressful enough, so have ZERO wait time upon check in made things so much easier. I was in and out in no time!
My experience was very positive, don’t have anything negative to say. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.
While the staff were quick and attentive I spent max 10 minutes there. After my cat cut my eyelid playing on accident I was told by an Medspring to go to an ER. I get to said ER and they take a look and said it was better we don't do stitches and just let it heal. So basically for 10 minutes of time, them cleaning the cut with hydrogen peroxide and putting on Neosporan I got put out $700!! $300 of which they are claiming to be "physician fees". In and out within an hour. Friendly staff and great service!
I waited less than 15 minutes for a room. Everyone was so nice and caring. I had an infected hand from a dog bite. They checked for broken bones and a blood test to rule out sepsis. They administered iv antibiotics and gave me a splint to keep the hand inactive during recovery. I was impressed with the doctor and all personnel. I would recommend this emergency room to all!!!!!!!
I am glad I went. There was little to no wait time. I was tested for strep and flu. Strep was negative but flu was positive. I had to request the doctor to check my ears and I also had an ear infection. I was only there an hour, so for an ER that was great. The staff was friendly and I liked the fact she explained up front that they were not a Urgent care and I would be charged for an ER visit.
