HPAH has been my Furry Friends go-2 for over 20 years. Nothing but the best care with kind, compassionate staff. I swear Dr. Kate Creighton speaks Catlish, she's so in-tune with felines, but very DVM I've met is awesome. No Gato likes going "in the cage", but once there, they seem 2 forget that they're '@ the Vets'...
This place should not be in the business of taking care of our beloved pets! This place don't deserve a star! Hershey died the next day after being seen by Dr. Craighton. No compassion from their office Mgrs Dustin and Melissa, terrible people!
Second time here, and so far so good! Had a slight emergency with my dog, no time to wait for an appointment so I "walked in". I was expecting a long wait (judging from the the number of furry patients I saw in the waiting room) but we were seen within 10mins. Friendly staff, clean premises and Dr. Palmer was wonderful and patient in explaining my dog's "situation" with me. He left me a nice detailed voicemail message after my dog's surgery, which I appreciated tremendously.
Dr Palmer saved our Little Little, he didn't give up on her when she had less than 50% survival!!! Thank you, Thank you to Dr Palmer and the rest of fantastic staff!!! I'll NEVER take my furbabies anywhere else!!! The staff treats you like family and are very dedicated to the health and well being of all their patients!!!
The staff here have been so friendly and helpful. My wife and I have several cats, one of which is geriatric and with additional special needs. He's in his golden years, and the advice and consideration we've received in addition to their medical service have increased the quality of the time he has left with us.
