Had booked a reservation online with Britney (who’s done my nails before and done wonderfully!) and instead was placed with a random woman named Tammy. I informed her that I had needed a dip fill and she rudely corrected me that I had builder gel even after informing her multiple times it was dip — then when she was filing down my nails she tried to ask me again if I did actually have dip. I’ve come here a couple of times and really enjoyed their service, but the last visit is truly disappointing. One of my finger was aching the next day, and I found out there was a cut right on the side of my nail where she was removing dead skin. My daughter got a polish change and it came off the next day. To make matters worse, the paint on both of my nails chipped the day after. I was told it would be good for the week for the wedding I am doing the nail for.

I have been coming here for years now and I have had an overwhelmingly good experience. I get sns manicures and gel pedicures, and lately I have been getting more art on my nails. I often have someone different but they are all great. Today Tammy did my zebra French tips and she absolutely nailed it! Side note: parking is no longer free and is now $2 an hour in the garage
