My experience here was a bit traumatizing. Technician cut my cuticles too close. I started bleeding and the technician just kept going. I was in pain for two weeks afterwards.

ehh i’ve had better pedicures. i received the wrong color for the base of the french tip (i asked for nude and got this like cotton candy pink) the cuticle base work is clean, they could’ve scrubbed my feet smoother though. probably wouldn’t go again

First time here and I had a great experience! The tech I got was professional and detail-oriented, and really took his time to shape my nails correctly. They offer drinks, the atmosphere is nice, and it's very clean. Will definitely be going here again for my builder gel fills.

incredible experience!! they were so kind to me and explained every step of the process (im not well-versed in the language of nail tech/art). my nail artist did an incredible job executing and was very patient + sweet to me the whole time. I cannot recommend enough!!

I love highland nails and spa! Have came here a few time’s now, most of staff are very friendly and nice. The women that did my nails did a great job on my french tip, and they are perfect. She messed up on one of them, and I asked her to fix it and she didn’t say anything but did. I don’t think she was mad, but probably annoyed. (also a bit pricy 85, worth it though for how long my other nail set stayed on. Other than that my time was great here, and I have found my nail spot.
