EDIT 8/8/24, floor poop and grime has been finally cleaned they have made some improvememrs. However the AC is still terrible and old and a money wastee. And after months there was still a huge crack on my window that I was told would be fixed. Other then packages getting stolen often, attempted break in my storage unit, pretty okay place given its location.
