EDIT 8/8/24, floor poop and grime has been finally cleaned they have made some improvememrs. However the AC is still terrible and old and a money wastee. And after months there was still a huge crack on my window that I was told would be fixed. Other then packages getting stolen often, attempted break in my storage unit, pretty okay place given its location. One would think it would be power washed or painted gray if its going to look like this. There's literally dog fecal matter smeared that a tenet left and is honestly unsanitary to say the least.
