F@#$% bullsh!t highland sh!teau is the worst apt if ever had to stay at the manager's suck, they fix nothing but expect your full rent every month, showers are broke doors are broke, stray dogs everywhere dudes killin thereself right next door, the drawers to the cabinets are falling off, heat and air doesnt work and you half to call and complain a hundred times to get somebody out here and if they do happen to come out the guy will leave and say he will be right back and they never do, these people are liars and cheaters, d... read more
They suck!!!! We have had no air alllllll summer, & no heat alllllll winter. It is freaking freezing! They alllways say their gonna send sumone, they dont! A man came once when we first moved in for maybe 10 mins said he was going to get a part, NEVER came back, yes we have complained many of times! They seem to not really care or know what their doing! Why do we still keep giving them our rent money I dont know! But their maintenance sucks & service, we pay way to much to live here with half the things NOT WORKING!!!!!
