This place is a hell hole. Literally! The air conditioning unit has been out for well over 17 days and these people aren't doing anything about! Memphis is averaging 82 degree heat at the COMMENCEMENT of summer!There are elderly people and babies sleeping drenched in sweat and they claim they're sending someone out but they haven't. I would rate this place in the negative if I could! HORRIBLE!
A hot mess the model looks nothing like the actual apartments. It took over a year before they fixed an electric problem, they cut the water off every Wednesday and have been doing it for months and sometimes without notice, And they barely fix anything�
Don't do it. These folks don't understand the real concept of having to pay bills. They don't fix anything. It's just sad! But on another note, if anybody need tattoos over here just hit me up. Reasonable prices for quality work!!
I still live here in they suck , i am only 21 in i have my rent light bill cable bill in also food(NO FOOD STAMPS CASH MONEY) to pay for i have no help my fridge as not been working for a while now in i had to throw all of this 200$ and something dollar food away my garbage disposal everything thats inside there goes to my dish washer in i never use that i wash my dishes by hand this leasing lady told me everything is not gonna work until i pay my late rent TF REALLY i remind you i live alone with noo help im struggling i ha... read more
