Went to the store to purchase carpet for the new home we were purchasing. The experience in the store was good pretty good selection and variety - helpful counter person ect... Ordered carpet and the installation was scheduled - when the installer arrived the 4 hour nightmare began and continues to date... Installer was rude - disrespectful and just a plain jerk.... They are a local company and that is why we we paid more than other quotes we received to give them our business. I did ask for a call back in August when I finished paying apx $5,000 upon completion of the job because the carpet pad was removed under the doors and we had asked specifically when we got the quote not to remove the carpet pad from under the doors. It should not take over 2 1/2 months to get a call back. When I called to follow up I was told "Well....that he might just have been too busy to call me back over th... read more

Be sure and ask the correct questions I was helping my 90 year old mother by new carpeting for her whole house-6rooms and a stairway. The finished product is very nice and I think the price was competitive . The problem was the fact that they did not clean up the carpet after the instillation , there were carpet scrapes and carpet tacks everywhere, I could have used a rake to clean it up there was so much.
