One of the best
Love this great breakfast place
The BEST French toast ever!!! You will not be disappointed!
Shrimp and grits are the best! Also those sweet potato pancakes!
Always great breakfast be ready to wait but not long and we'll worth it.
They have the best Sweet Potato Pancakes!
I normally love to eat lunch here... today they gave me the wrong sandwich and when I called back to tell them (I work right next door), a rude employee came on the phone and asked for my credit card. When I asked why, she said so I can credit your card for the sandwich. Do you understand that? Unacceptable. I didn't want a refund. I wanted my sandwich. Highland Bakery - do you understand that??
This place is my little in-town place for breakfast. We used to live down the street but moved out to the 'burbs' last year. Out of downtown living, this was one of my cherished places to eat. When I get the chance, I always get their ricotta pancakes with blueberry compote with a side of grits...oh the grits!!! On occasion, My husband gets the peanut butter stuffed french toast, or country fried steak benedict. Always a suggestion from us to others! You're missing out if you don't stop by.
Wow! Try the fried chicken eggs Benedict in a cheese sauce or the sweet peanut butter and banana French toast. There is a massive wait on Sunday but the staff is amazing and the food is equally good.
