Having been here prior, I was surprised today when my omelet, potatoes and toast were so under par. The omelet barely had anything in it. The toast was super dry and over-toasted and the potatoes were burned. :( Super disappointed that I paid my hard-earned money for such a meal and for my next meeting, I will definitely steer us elsewhere.

The sweet potato pancakes were the best!!!! Loved every bite!!!
I had the opportunity to go to highland bakery with a friend one morning, had the sweet potato pancakes Fried chicken eggs Benedict it was all amazing! Our server was wonderful and The atmosphere was delightful! Thank you highland bakery for sharing your talent with all of us!

Had one of your cakes, amazing work! Really enjoyed it, wasn't overly sweet and was very moist.
I have never been to their restaurants or tasted their cakes but saw the bakery on TV on the food channel for a cake challenge a few years back. I choose them to do my Daughter's Minnie Mouse cake for her 1St B-Day in April 2013. The presentation was Amazing and the cake was flavored and moist just right. I loved it. I will be going back this year for her 3rd B-Day cake. I wanted to using them for her 2ND B-Day cake but it was such short notice and they couldn't do it. Wow. The people and the customer service here are incredible. Because of a miscommunication the decoration on my small cake was not quite what I wanted. No problem. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Karen (a world famous cake decorator) spoke with me about what could be done and then she personally did it while I ate. The cake is lovely!! Thank you.
