Nice people but, they are not willing to do what it takes to make a car sale. I had to use my own bank to get a better mortgage. They don’t change their price at all even if it means loosing a sale. I don’t fully trust them to be honest about things wrong with a car. They did do a very good job getting me through the paperwork in short order so I could get home at a decent hour since I get up at 3:40am for work.
Gentleman said he purchased the vehicle from a rental car auction. After further research I discovered the VIN number was associated with a salvagebid.com. Also, when I arrived at the dealer lot there was a totaled car with insurance auction stickers all over it and the gentleman's father tried to tell us that he has no idea where the car came from and one of his customers must have dropped it off sometime that night. All in all a very suspicious business .
Spoke with Jebron, very nice and up front fellow. Was willing to work with me and maintained his level of professionalism, respect and customer service when I called to inform him that I'd decided to not purchase a vehicle.
