I went to Highland Auto as I knew my car was on its last leg of life. As a woman, it can be very intimidating car shopping alone, but Gebran made the process comfortable and seamless. He gave me multiple different options that worked within my parameters and patiently answered all my questions. I also like the fact that it is a small, family-owned-and-operated business. They followed up and I did the screening for their financing got approved then the day I told them I would be in after work with the down-payment , when I said I was on my way they told me they just sold the car but this other car the bank would like better.. I was passed. Talking to my friend about what happened and the same exact thing had just happened to her there a couple weeks prior.

I got pre-approved for a Honda Pilot they just got in, contacted them and then filled out the financing application in order to finalize it on Friday. Was approved for the vehicle, talked to them on the phone and told them I’d be there on Monday to finalize the paperwork since I work all weekend. I was told that was fine and that I needed to get full coverage insurance for the Honda before I came in. They turned around and sold the SUV the next day to someone else.
