I have been away from the gym for almost a year dealing with chronic lower back pain. Over this year I've also decided to pursue chiro care and focus on getting my back healthy as I've dealt with this for over 12 years..I have been back in the gym for 2 weeks now and able to do lifts with NO PAIN that I couldn't even attempt last year! I'm so thankful for Dr. Nate DeJong and Highest Health Chiropractic for helping me on my healing journey! After I lift and work out I'm just sore now instead of laying in bed in pain!

The whole team at HHC is top notch. Dr. Nate took care of my hip pain during pregnancy in just 2 adjustments. They're so friendly, always willing to listen and go above and beyond helping find solutions to just random questions. We also love how Dr. Nate tells us what he's doing during the whole adjustment - we know exactly what he's adjusting.
