Christine was all around perfect when it came to finding my home. Im a first time home owner and I have been searching for almost a year. Ive gone through several real-estate agents due to lack in responsiveness and honesty. Christine made my purchasing experience as comfortable and as stress free as I could have imagined it. She was a true professional in all aspects and stayed consistent with me throughout the whole purchase. I would recommend her to anyone trying to purchase a home.

This realtor from High Standars Real Estate is for sure the best. Not only did she help me find my dream home, she always took the time to show me the houses and explained to me step by step, how everything works. She doesn't waist time if you say u like the house. She is on top of everything, working hand in hand with the lender, and summiting the paperwork. She definitely knows what she is doing. I will recommend her to anybody, for sure.... Thank you

Christine was a great agent from the beginning to the end, even with all of the hurdles we battled going through the home selling process. She always followed through with the things she promised. One of the main reasons we chose her was because she's very knowledgeable of the area we sold.

We were referred to Christine by our RE agent in Northern VA and we're very thankful that we were. She bright, knowledgeable and fun to be around. We're pretty fussy but she never got tired of carting us around looking for a home to rent. She listened to what we said at each preview and found us the perfect one home. We'll be out looking to purchase a home shortly and the only one that I'd call for that is Christine Velez.
