They did an amazing job cleaning my sectional, I would say he was just as a perfectionist as I am about getting my couch clean. Would definitely use them again and recommend my family to them.
Kenneth came and was fantastic! He was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect and answered all my questions. It was extremely cold and windy, so I had stuffed blankets in the cracked opening of the door (from the hoses), and even though I told him he didn't have to put them back when he went in and out, he did. He was very pleasant, respectful, and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
I’m a real person but I’m gonna write the review I believe Chris and his company deserve: When you need the best, you get the best. With Chris and his crew, you are getting the very best and with Chris you are not just buying a service you are buying peace of mind, and in this economy it’s hard to assign a price to that. If there were 100 stars I would still be upset there weren’t more to give, thank you Higher Standards.
Office staff and technician were all great to work with. Their communication was clear through the entire process. They exceeded expectations.
We have used Higher Standards on multiple occasions. We have referred them to friends and family as well. Never have we been disappointed. Today, we had them out again. Kenny, our technician, was absolutely amazing. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Chris, the owner, takes his business very personal. He answered all of my questions with a great amount of respect. I will never not recommend this busines. Thank you, Chris for always taking care of us.
