Chris came out this morning and was very professional and easy to talk to. He explained the process very well, and the carpets looked amazing when he left.
I waited a couple weeks to leave this review because in the past when I have hired carpet cleaners they look fantastic for a few days, then the spots come back on the carpet. This is my 1st time with Higher Standards. Chris came out and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He assured me I would be 100% satisfied. My carpets still look brand new after 2 weeks. I highly recommend! I won't use anyone else in the future for my carpet cleaning!
