Robert and his crew were extremely professional. They were prompt and efficient. They were refreshingly transparent and very communicative. I received multiple emails and texts with regular updates and scheduling timetables. Jen in the office was super helpful over the phone and through email with regular job quote changes and she even came out to the job site to help the builders! Quality, professional and reliable service is what you will receive at Higher point GC. I reached out to Rob about taking down a wall in my home. He came out and discussed options and made recommendations about how much of the wall should be removed, framing our cabinetry to accommodate the new space and rerouting our electricity . I have reached out to contractors prior and either they were unable to fit the job in their schedule or they were too busy to even come out to give a quote. Higher Point GC is professional and prompt. They have came out and done multiple jobs for me from handy man work such as building a gorgeous playground set and shed in my yard. To GC work of full painting, railing install for my stairwell and also a complete front door enclosure. Higher Point is meticulous, communicative and their craftsmanship is above and beyond. I never have to look for a contractor again. Thanks guys !

We were interested in putting railings on our front stairs and Higher Point General Contracting did not disappoint. From the quote to the completion of the job we were extremely satisfied with the professionalism, communication, and quality of work. Higher Point did a fabulous job repairing our water-damaged wall under our dining room window. They responded to our call quickly, came out for an estimate in a few days, and were able to get us on their schedule within a couple of weeks. They came highly recommended to us by our neighbor. This was a 4-day job. We have old, thick stone walls that had them changing the plan during the process. They were meticulous about matching our wood work and original paint.
