We have now had 3 major renovations done by Rob and Higher Point GC , I can speak any more highly of the work and the communication throughout that they always provide . Jennifer is great in the office and the guys are professional and trustworthy . 3 years of doing work with this company and we are always satisfied . Highly recommend 5 STARS
I usually dont post on here, But I was excited to do business with with this company. Because of the reviews, However a second meeting was planned for a certain date, on the day of the meeting to go over details and pricing and maybe sign a contract, I was told that the owner said it was in the companies best interest to do my project, after receiving several calls and emails to schedule this meeting. We've been working with Higher Point for months now and they've done 5 jobs for us. Nothing but great things to say. Quality of the work is top notch. Any issues/questions we have are addressed immediately. Great team. Highly recommended!!
I had four general contractors provide estimates for finishing my basement, and ***, the owner of Higher Point, was one of them. He spent about an hour at my home, thoroughly going over every detail. They did a wonderful job renovating our 2 bathrooms. *** got back to me right away any time I had a question. ******** in the office was great at communicating. The guys were friendly and respectful. The bathrooms turned out beautiful.
******* quickly and at promised time, were courteous and professional and performed the task as requested. Siding near roof needed to be repaired due to storm damage. I will definitely call them again.
From start to finish *** and his team were a pleasure to work with. *** in the office was on top of all our scheduling, material orders and other logistics. The crews were always punctual, neat and respectful of our home. They worked quickly and communicated with us at the end of each day so we knew how things were coming along. **** is so pleasant and a great project supervisor. Our bathroom is absolutely stunning and we could not be happier with the outcome of this project.
