Second time using Higher Point - I reached out a year after initial quote to get some work done and the team responded so quickly! I got a revised quote the next day. The work was scheduled and completed within a month. Jennifer is fantastic to work with and communication is clear. Rob's team is friendly and polite, great to work with! I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Higher Point is a five start business. Customer service is amazing which is no surprise because the quality of work is as well. I am a realtor, so a lot of the time we are against the clock. To close a deal my buyer was being adamant about the seller fixing a small siding issue. Rob was awesome. When I called, he was able to get right out there to check it out and the job was complete within a couple days. No job is too big or too small for Higher Point.

We are beyond pleased with the work. The men were fantastic and friendly. The communication from Jennifer and Robert was amazing. We were updated on everything. Kyle kept us up to date on site. They cleaned up and were very mindful of my dogs.
