We bought an old home that was structurally sound but needed a lot of cosmetic work. Using a general contractor seemed like a good idea considering the wide range of work required, including roofing, drywall, painting, floors and windows. I was so lucky to find Robert L******* and Higher Poiint General Contracting. Robert and his team worked diligently and professionally to restore my home after water damage from a broken valve on the second floor. Second time using Higher Point - I reached out a year after initial quote to get some work done and the team responded so quickly! I got a revised quote the next day. The work was scheduled and completed within a month. Jennifer is fantastic to work with and communication is clear. Rob's team is friendly and polite, great to work with! Higher Point is a five start business. Customer service is amazing which is no surprise because the quality of work is as well. I am a realtor, so a lot of the time we are against the clock. To close a deal my buyer was being adamant about the seller fixing a small siding issue. Rob was awesome. When I called, he was able to get right out there to check it out and the job was complete within a couple days. No job is too big or too small for Higher Point.
