Although the staff was quite kind and accommodating when my order was placed, I was caught off guard when I paid for my breakfast blend latte. I was charged $4.00 for a medium hot tea with steamed milk and honey. The gal behind the counter said to charge me for a London fog, which was a new drink on their menu. I pointed to the menu and asked why the chai latte and that mocha latte were a dollar less than what I was charged.
